GF Chicken Spaghetti

This dish might top the GF lasagna… so delicious and easy to make!!

Ingredients:
1/2 to 3/4 lb Chicken, boneless & skinless & trimmed, chopped
1 Jar pasta sauce (I recommend a red sauce to help with taste)
1 1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1/4 cup basil flakes
4 roma tomatoes, chopped
1 Garlic clove, chopped
1 package Gluten Free spaghetti noodles
Olive oil for bottom of pan
Salt & Pepper to taste
Shredded Parmesan on top

To Make:
Boil noodles as instructed on box
Add olive oil to skillet, then add chicken and cook until all white
Add basil, spinach, tomatoes, garlic
Cook until spinach is cooked down
Add jar of sauce
Add cooked noodles, drained, to skillet mix
Cook on medium-low until there is a slight boil
Add cheese and salt/pepper
Enjoy!
